About the Project
Kasper Custom Remodeling’s Luxe Modern Revival was a high-end residential remodel in Dallas—a project defined by exceptional materials, refined craftsmanship, and spaces designed to impress. Kasper needed professional remodeling photography and video that could hold their own against the quality of the work itself: imagery worthy of portfolio presentations, marketing campaigns, and future client pitches in the competitive DFW custom home market.
Goals
Kasper Custom Remodeling needed a complete visual marketing package that accurately represented the caliber of the finished project. The primary goals were to produce a professional photo gallery and a cinematic remodeling video that could serve as a long-term portfolio asset, content that communicates quality at a glance and builds confidence with prospective Dallas-area clients before the first conversation.
Strategy
Before bringing the crew on site, our Creative Director, Guadalupe Garza, conducted a pre-production walkthrough to assess the lighting conditions in each space and identify any challenges. From that assessment, we built a detailed shot list timed to the natural light movement throughout the day. On production day, a four-person crew worked through the home systematically to capture each room at its optimal moment.
For the cinematic video, we used creative production techniques to build visual interest — including timelapses in the formal living room to capture shifting natural light, and motion-stop composites in the living room and primary bath. The edit was intentionally moody and cinematic, calibrated to match the tone of the luxury materials and the craftsmanship behind the remodel.
Outcome
Kasper Custom Remodeling walked away with a complete high-end photography gallery and cinematic video ready for immediate use, elevated visual marketing assets that reflect the standard of their work, and give their DFW remodeling business a stronger, more confident foundation for winning future clients.
